Investment and Insurance

Beginning therapy is both an emotional and financial decision. My goal is to make this process clear and straightforward so you can focus on whether the work feels like the right fit.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adult women in Schertz and the surrounding Northeast San Antonio area.

Insurance and Out-of-Network Benefits

I am an out-of-network provider.

This means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.

If you choose to use insurance, you pay the session fee at the time of service. I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your specific plan.

If you would like to estimate your out-of-network reimbursement, you can use the secure benefits checker below. This tool helps clarify what your insurance plan may cover for therapy sessions.

Using this tool is optional. Some clients prefer not to involve insurance at all.

If you have questions about how reimbursement works, we can discuss it during your consultation.

Why Work With an Out-of-Network Therapist

Working with an out-of-network therapist allows for greater flexibility and privacy.

Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and may limit the length or type of treatment. Private pay therapy allows us to determine the pace and focus of our work based on your needs rather than insurance requirements.

This approach supports deeper, more individualized care.

Investing in Meaningful Change

Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, relationships, and long-term well-being.

The goal of our work together is not simply symptom relief, but deeper change that supports a more grounded and nourishing way of living.

If cost feels like a concern, I encourage you to reach out. We can discuss what feels realistic and determine whether this is a workable step for you.
